This is your Done For Your Marketing Collaterals Social Media Main Page. This page will serve as the gateway to your monthly marketing done-for-you social media collaterals.
Instructions on How the Program Works, Pre-Scheduling Recommendations and Options for Schedulers will always be here on this page (Which we have termed the Program Gateway, so you can always navigate back to this page). To return to this page, look for the button that reads "Presence Gateway."
Anytime you want to return to the member dashboard and navigation, look for the red button that reads "Member Dashboard."
How It Works Here (Recommended Process / Best Practices)
1. Open the Social Media Marketing Calendar (I prefer to print out at least the PDF so I can actually see it and touch it). Changes can be made directly on the excel sheet. Both can be saved on your computer.
2. Click on the links below to access the collaterals (your graphics, promotions, statuses, blog worksheets, trackers, etc).
3. Pre-Schedule all of your social media content for the month in one sitting (Should take you about an hour as you have all the content you need below).
*** Note: There is certain content that you cannot pre-schedule (Such as your blog posts that aren't written yet, and shared content from other pages, which is personal to your business). Use the suggested times and dates noted on your marketing calendar to send your emails and write your blogs.
Prescheduling Recommendations
Use Facebook's native scheduler. Here is a video on how to do it.
Connect your Facebook to your Twitter account so when you post on Facebook, a Tweet automatically goes out.
Use the IFTTT Service "IF This Then That) to connect your social accounts so it will automatically be shared everywhere you ask it to.
Options for Schedulers
Buffer / Hootsuite - Both platforms ate affordable and have comparable pricing.
